Monitoring and administering local networks
Thanks to lower open line prices and a network monitoring program, we offer to monitor and manage your network remotely.
This means that we monitor the smooth running of your infrastructure. In the event of a malfunction, we are immediately notified of the problem, and we can intervene directly. Either via remote control or by an intervention directly in your premises, this allows us to be proactive and limit the inconvenience of the outage for users.
Various hardware and software issues are monitored including:
- The management of RAM.
- Backing up the data.
- Ventulator monitoring (processor monitor)
- Network failure (ip address error, connection problems, conflicts…)
- Anti-virus update.
Recovering user requests:
This means that if the user has a problem, he can ask his question via an established form. This question we are responding to as soon as possible.
- One of the great advantages is that the user always has someone to ask the question, he is never abandoned when he receives an error message.
- Some viruses undetectable by antivirus can be detected by the user and trigger an alert.
We can also administer your network, i.e. update the list of users as well as their access rights, take care of the update and security (firewall, anti-virus, software update). Part of this administration can be done remotely.
